General Information
Due to the cloud of volcanic ash from Mount Eyjafjallajokull (Iceland), the French Civil Aviation Authorities (DGAC) has ordered the closure of Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports until Tuesday April 20th at 6:00 AM UTC (8:00 PM Paris local time).

Air France requests its passengers not to go to the airports.

Exceptional flights
Weather conditions permitting, Air France will operate
on April 19, 7 long-haul flights from Toulouse and Pau to:
- Fort-de-France, Flight AF4162, departing from Toulouse at 11:00 a.m, arrival at 1:25 p.m
- New York Kennedy airport, Flight AF4168, departing from Toulouse at 2:00 p.m, arrival at 4:05 p.m
- Dakar, AF4170, departing from Toulouse at 4:00 p.m, arrival at 7:35 p.m
- Saint Denis de la Reunion, AF4172, departing from Toulouse at 8:00 p.m, arrival at 8:50 a.m
- Hong Kong, AF4174, departing from Toulouse at 10:00 p.m, arrival at 3:35 p.m
- Sao Paulo, AF4176, departing from Toulouse at 11:59 p.m, arrival at 6:35 a.m
- Dubai, AF4178, departing from Pau at 11:00 p.m, arrival 7:40 a.m

Passengers on cancelled flights departing from Paris must change first their reservations to take these flights.

For those among passengers who are intrested, vans will leave from Paris Charles de Gaulle airpory (Terminal 2E, check-in area 7) to take them to Toulouse and Pau at the following schedules:
On April 19:
- 07:00 a.m for the flights to Hong Kong, sao Paulo and Dubai
Customers are invited to arrive one hour before the bus departure time.

Commercial measures
Customers whose flight has been cancelled will be able to rebook their flight (subject to availability) or obtain a refund:
- preferably at the ticket office where the ticket was purchased
- in the assistance and contact section of our site
- by calling your local call center or 36 54 from France
