William Frachot, renowned Michelin starred chef from Dijon, France will touch down at Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16 to reveal the secret of authentic French cuisine throughout a six-day gastronomical journey. Starting from 1 Mar to 6 Mar, William will host a top dinner “An Evening with William Frachot” (MOP888+10% per person) with a blissful five-course menu accompanied with Chablis wines by Louis Moreau at 7pm – 10pm in the magnificent Mansion at Sofitel. It is truly the event not to be missed this spring.

Be inspired by William Frachot’s master class and the Champagne lunch
William will demonstrate the-making-of authentic French cuisine and share some of his personal favorite recipes in the Master Class with William Frachot, followed by a three-course lunch with free flow of Moët & Chandon at 11am – 3pm from 4 Mar to 6 Mar (MOP588+10% per person) in 6F Baccara room.

William Frachot’s Profile

William Frachot is coming from Dijon, France, the home of some of the finest French cuisine. With over 20 years of authentic French cuisine, William has been working with various legendary top chefs in France - Joël Pérault, Jean Crotet, Bernard Loiseau, Jacques Lameloise that infuse him with passion for the profession. William described his cooking as “creative contemporary cuisine, crossing borders yet highlighting both French tradition and the encounter of his travels”. In 2008, William was recognized as “One of The Best Young Chefs” by GaultMillau d’Or, a top culinary magazine in France.

In 1999, he tookover L’Hostellerie Du Chapeau Rouge and it was awarded as a Michelin starred restaurant in Dijon, France in 2003.
