Top Notch Service, Great Attitude!

Annette – US Airways Flight Attendant – Los Angeles to Phoenix I had the recent pleasure of being on a US Airways flight from Los Angeles to Phoenix. Normally a flight this short (about one hour) is not one that I would typically ever mention, but because of the superior service I received, I just had to write this review.

Annette was our flight attendant in the first class cabin of this flight, and even though no meal was served, just snacks and drinks, Annette really made it feel like a first class flight.

Annette’s wonderful demeanor, warm smile and flawless service is what makes a flight bombastic! What also impressed me is that every time she went back to help out with servicing the economy section, Annette did a quick check of the first class cabin to make sure her passengers were well cared for.

She was a true team player, helping out her co-workers when time allowed, but always making sure we were cared for.

It’s service like this that sets US Airways ahead of so many other carriers.

Great job Annette, I hope to fly with you again!
