Courtney at The Four Seasons Hotel - New York: Our visit to New York would not have been as bombastic or as special had it not been for Courtney, a concierge at The Four Season's Hotel.

We were fortunate enough to have Courtney complete a telephone call just as we walked up the concierge desk. Had we arrived seconds earlier or later we would not have had the chance to meet him and would have missed out on all the great knowledge and information he shared with us.

We arrived early in the afternoon and great Italian was our first request. He recommended Setto Mezzo which ended up being exactly what we wanted. After the success of his first recommendation, we knew Courtney would be our secret weapon for great dining, hot spots and things to do during our short stay in New York.

We challenged Courtney with a variety of requests: an unusual, non-touristy place for breakfast, romantic dinner with an excellent wine list, the best sushi in New York, original to-die-for New York pizza, trendy hot spot without an attitude.

No matter what we asked, Courtney came back with more suggestions than we could possible ever do in a week.

Courtney's professionalism, in-depth knowledge of New York and most importantly, his love of his job and of New York made our visit to New York bombastic.

I am sure that on our next visit to New York we will stay at The Four Seasons again just so we have the opportunity to work with Courtney again.
