Nelse at Trevi Italian Restaurant: While we were at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, we stopped for lunch at Trevi Italian Restaurant.

To our luck, about the only luck we were having that day, we were seated in Nelse's section. As soon as Nelse, came to our table to welcome us to Trevi and bring us the menus, his outgoing, yet calm under pressure (the restaurant was packed) personality let me know we were in good hands.

There are certain attributes, certain things that are difficult to describe or hard to pinpoint, but Nelse just had those qualities; a good knowledge of the menu, a good understanding of wines, perfect timing and a great personality.

From the beginning of our meal to the very end, Nelse provided superior service, a delightful attitude and pure warm welcome. It is easy to say that Nelse made our lunch at Trevi that much better.
