Gold Coast City is known for its sunny subtropical climate, popular surfing beaches, expansive waterway and canal systems, a skyline dominated by high-rise apartment buildings, a peaceful rain forest surrounding the west of the city, an active nightlife and its wide variety luxury hotels and assortment of restaurants.
