GENERAL INFORMATION

THE HOTEL / The hotel has an area of 40.000 square meters, built on 4.200 hectares of land and exuberant forests. It is equipped with 138 lodging facilities, including rooms and apartments, with a maximum capacity for 7 adults. The complex is subdivided into three 3-story pavilions, each with its own elevator. Additionally, it has 7 Conference Rooms to hold a maximum of 700 persons.

ROOMS/ Superior: 91 heated rooms with private bath, hair dryer, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, radio, CD, iron & ironing table, tea & coffee facilities, safe deposit box, and mini bar. They are all equipped with a terrace or balcony with a view over the Park; except for those overlooking the forest.

LOCATION / Termas Puyehue Wellness & SPA Resort is located at less than 2 hours flight south of Santiago, Chile and a 50-minute drive from Osorno. The hotel is enclaved in the so-called LAKES REGION and is part of the impressive Puyehue National Park, a natural sanctuary, of an area encompassing 107,000 hectares. It was developed in 1908 close to a fountain of thermal waters located in the Andean Mountains, 17 kilometers away from the Cardenal Samoré border complex, and 43 kilometers from the Argentinean Territory and 176 kilometers from Bariloche, Argentina.

METHOD OF OPERATION / Termas Puyehue Wellness & SPA Resort is an All Inclusive, five stars Complex. The package offers: lodging, buffet meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) or a la carte (dinner), room service, tea time, snacks, a selection of domestic and beverages, outdoors & indoors, day & night recreational activities, water & land sports including equipment and general instruction, thermal jacuzzi pools, covered pool, semi-covered and exterior pools, all included in one single price. It is an ideal destination for families, couples, single persons, conventions, congresses and incentives.

Olivia nova: Italian Kitchen with specialties based on pastas.

OPERATIONAL INFORMATION

BATH ROBES: Available in each room.
BEVERAGE SERVICES: We welcome our guests offering them non - replenishable beverages, available from their respective room minibars, plus tea and coffee services with amenities daily. We do not serve alcoholic beverages to minors.
All beverages at our Bars and Restaurants are served in glasses. For hikes or excursions, our guests are welcome to fill up bottles with soft drinks or water upon request. The assortment includes a variety of domestic & imported beverages (excluding premium brands), during bar and restaurant hours.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: Check in as of 16:00 hours, and Check out before 11:00 hours.
Each stay considers an early check in (as of 11:00 hours) or a late check out up to 16:00 hours, during which all passengers are welcome to enjoy the All-Inclusive hotel services before receiving or after leaving their respective rooms. There is an additional charge for early check in and late check out. Room service is included but has a fixed, additional service charge.
CONFERENCE ROOMS: Offer fiber - optic connections, multiple functions, audio amplification systems, projection and data - show systems are also available, in addition to WIi - Fi and a Business Center. There are 7 conference rooms with a seating capacity ranging from 24 to 700 persons. Private receptions with special requirements may be subject to additional costs.
CURRENCY: The hotel receives payment in US dollars, Euros, Travelers Checks and Credit Cards. Money Exchange services are available 24 hours a day at the Front Desk.
ELECTRIC VOLTAGE: All electronic equipment operate on 220 - Volt AC. Current adapters are available from the Hotel's Front Desk.
FACILITIES FOR THE DISABLED: One room equipped with wheelchair facilities. The hotel is equipped with access ramps to elevators and public areas.
GYM: The gym is equipped with weights and cardiovascular equipment. Instructors are available for personal instruction sessions prior reservation. Minimum age: 16 years.
INFIRMARY: First - Aid services are available 24 hours a day. The Clínica Alemana (hospital) is located in Osorno, 78 kilometers away. Ambulance service is available at the hotel.
INTERNET & WI - FI: Free of charge and available in most areas within our premises. Service quality subject to weather and technical conditions. Average speed: 512 Kbps.
LIBRARY: Available in the 2nd Lobby Lounge - Central Hall.
MUSEUM: The hotel has a small museum with photographs and objects of the history of Termas Puyehue Wellness & SPA Resort.
PARKING: Private parking spaces are available at the hotel.
POOL TOWELS: Available from the SPA front desk.
SPA: Includes sauna services.
THERMAL POOLS: Three (3) thermal pools: covered, semi - covered, and outdoors. Their water temperature ranges between 71,6º degrees Fahrenheit up to 105,8º degrees Fahrenheit. They feature hydro - massage, cascades, against - current swimming, and bubble beds. Our olympic - size thermal pool offers a beautiful overview of the gardens and the forest.
TRANSFERS: Includes inbound / outbound transportation (regular, not private, transfer) to / from the Osorno Airport and the Hotel.
