Compass Rose - Malta - I have never been as impressed with a fine dining restaurant at a resort as I have been with Compass Rose. Compass Rose offered the cuisine normally seen at your big-city five-star restaurants. Beef, lamb, veal and pasta dishes, as well as a wide range of seafood were not only offered on their menu, but after eating there twice, I can guarantee they specialized in all of the above. Service was exceptional, especially Antoinette, who not only provided bombastic service she made us feel welcome and at home.

Since the original review, Compass Rose has changed and is now The Quadro Restaurant. It remains fine dining restaurant and specializes in fish.
