From the moment I saw a picture of A'jia Restaurant, I knew I had to dine there. As I made my plans for Istanbul, I made sure they included a visit to A'jia. A'jia Restaurant specializes in International and Mediterranean cuisine and with their stunning view of the Bosphorus, I had a feeling that a dinner or lunch there would not be one soon forgotten. After one long, thoroughly delectable lunch, I am thrilled that I tried A'jia and as I had thought, it will not be forgotten any time soon.

From beginning to end, lunch was perfect. From the salad to the risotto to the seafood pasta main course it was all perfect.

I do not know if it was the beautiful weather, the gorgeous view, the attentive service, the great food and wine or a combination of all, but my afternoon at A'jia Restaurant was bombastic.
