Bouchon @ The Venetian – Las Vegas, NV: Bouchon is a fine dining, bistro style restaurant at The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. This restaurant is located in the Venezia Tower of The Venetian. The recipient of many a prestigious award, Bouchon serves French cuisine.

Bouchon Las Vegas has an exquisite décor that matches the opulence of the resort it is located in. A French pewter bar and hand painted murals are the main highlights of this restaurant. Palladian windows, deep blue velvet banquettes and antique light fixtures add to the charming French country design. An outdoor seating area with lovely woven chairs and blue and white tables is also available.

The breakfast menu offered a nice selection of classic French bistro dishes along with pastries, breads, fruit & yogurt, salads, Hors D’oeurves, sandwiches, soup and desserts. It took some time for us to order since there were some many delectable breakfast dishes to choose from. I ordered the Bouchon French Toast while my partner decided on plain scrambled eggs. The Bouchon French Toast consisted of Bread pudding style with warm layers of brioche, custard and apples. Served with maple syrup, this dish was beautifully presented. Moreover, this dish tasted just as good as it looked, simply delicious. My partner’s scrambled eggs were also quite fresh and tasted nice.

For such a large restaurant, service was quite good. Though the prices were a bit on the higher side, they were in line with Las Vegas standards.

Overall, this is a restaurant I would travel even from the opposite end of the strip to dine at! We totally recommend this restaurant for breakfast in Las Vegas. Our rating for Bouchon Las Vegas is Bombastic.
