First Impression/Lobby: Located in Georgetown, the Four Seasons is the perfect place for business or pleasure. The lobby is what the five-star hotel, Four Seasons, does so well: a large, beautiful and inviting lobby, with their signature, extra large bouquet of fresh flowers.

Reception: In step with the lobby, the reception is cookie-cutter, Four Seasons perfect; pleasant, fast and efficient. Exactly what you want when you check in. Slow enough to make you feel truly welcomed, fast enough to get you through the process with out wasting time. In a word, perfect!

The Room: A soothing, soft, moss-green surrounds you as you walk into the room and sweeps your cares away as it calms and relaxes you. The décor of the Four Seasons Washington D.C. guest's room is one of the best that I have seen in any of the Four Seasons city locations. The large room, with separate seating area is ideal for working or just relaxing. Off the bedroom, behind sliding pocket doors, is the large marble bathroom, complete with twin basin sinks and separate shower and bathtub. Comfort, style and class, all rolled into one is what this room is all about.

Room Service: Room Service was consistently on time, accurate and most importantly, the food was top-notch. You could not have asked for better room service.

Concierge: The Concierge at the Four Seasons was fantastic. We stopped to see her a couple times for lunch and dinner reservations. She would ask us a few questions, i.e., type of cuisine, atmosphere, etc and within seconds she named half a dozen recommendations just off the top of her head. It was refreshing to deal with someone that knowledgeable. Not only could she make great recommendations, once we decided, she was able to get us a great table at each place we picked. Service like this is why you stay at a five star hotel like the Four Seasons.

Overall Impression: Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, the Four Seasons Washington, D.C. is the perfect place. In the day, you are just short drive from all that Washington has to offer. In the evening, you are in the heart of Georgetown and all it has to offer. Location, service and style make the Four Seasons the perfect place for your stay in Washington, D.C.
