A few of my favorite luxury hotels in New York (and the ones that I think are the best luxury hotels in New York) are Gramercy Park Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Central Park and The Four Seasons New York. My list of the best restaurants in New York has to include Bond ST, Le Bernardin, Novita, Spice Market, Sushi Yasuda and Tao; but there are so many great restaurants in New York, it really is impossible to limit my list of best restaurants in New York to just a few.
