With 15 kinds of pancakes, French toast and waffles to choose from and almost as many egg dishes, Norma's New York is the perfect place to start your day regardless if your day starts at seven in the morning or two in the afternoon. Norma's Restaurant is open 7 AM and serves breakfast non-stop until they close the doors at 3 PM.

The décor is contemporary with a hint of European influence with a comfy yet classy atmosphere. Service is surprisingly good for being as busy as it is. The wait for a table was only about fifteen minutes but I am told, it can be up to an hour or more. However, it would be worth the wait, where else can you get banana-macadamia nut pancakes or a $1000 caviar omelet for breakfast?

Norma's Restaurant was a great experience so if you are in Manhattan and love a great breakfast, head to Norma's New York. Weekends are the busiest days so try it Monday - Thursday for the shortest wait.
