Dollar Car Rental - Detroit - Slow, slow, slow. Getting through the cue at Dollar Car Rental was painfully SLOW. Once I finally made it to the desk service disappointing and to say welcoming would be a big stretch.
I finally got my car only to have to wait in a long, slow line to leave. It was not a great or even good experience. From start to finish it was slow, unwelcoming and abrasive.
Bringing the car back was a good experience, fast and friendly service that made up for some of the initial experience.
Would I rent from Dollar again? I highly doubt it. Saving a few bucks was not worth the long wait and poor customer service.
